Digital Products: All sales of digital patterns are final. No refunds are available due to the nature of downloadable content.

Physical Products: Physical items, including printed patterns, may be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition for a refund. Domestic orders only.

Download Terms: You have 24 hours to download your purchased patterns after purchase. Each pattern can be downloaded only once. You are responsible for saving the file to your device within this time frame.
