FREE Collarless Template For The Swing Coat

Back in 2022, we launched the Swing Coat sewing pattern and thought it was time to introduce a new variation. This coat was crafted with those transitional seasons in mind, offering a lightweight outer layer that's both stylish and functional. Its mid-calf length adds that perfect finishing touch, and features like side seam pockets, a notched collar, and deep side slits ensure practicality without sacrificing flair. With its unique A-line silhouette, this coat effortlessly elevates any look.

The collarless variation brings a sleek simplicity to the neckline, streamlining its design. By removing the notched collar and opting for a collarless style, we've made a subtle yet impactful change. While it may not be a dramatic overhaul in terms of pattern hacking, it offers a refreshing twist that completely transforms the look of the coat. This presents another option for sewists to utilize the Swing Coat pattern, allowing them to extend its use beyond the original design.
